Augusta Downtown Revitalization

Sponsored in cooperation with Augusta's Historical community, Downtown Augusta, Inc., and the citizens of Augusta

This campaign has the ultimate objective of saving our history, securing our future, and challenging Augustans to rise to the occasion... to be part of the vital lifeline that anchors our community for generations to come...

All S.O.S. monies raised will go toward the revitalization of six major areas:

1. Downtown Building Facade Enhancement Grants & Loans

2. Augusta Historical Theatre

3. Augusta Historical Museum

4. Frisco Depot

5. Augusta Air Museum

6. Downtown Augusta, Inc. grant/loan program

Can Augusta "Save Our State" Street

~ In 1943, Augustans raised $77,500 in war bonds to pay for the Air Rescue Boat.

~ Can Augusta do this again?  Can there be any doubt?

~ We are seeking GREAT sponsors who seek to keep our history...... our downtown..... our future afloat.
